This photo, taken from a balloon flight above “Hageland” in Belgium during spring in 2010, recently got nominated by the Black & White Spider Awards. This award, is the leading international award only for black & white photography, with judges ranging from Tate Gallery (London), Sotheby’s Institute of Art (London), Magnum Photos (New York) and many more international acclaimed photo related organizations.
Titled ‘Hope’, I received this nomination in the category ‘Nature‘.
This is my second nomination in this contest. Last year, ‘Framed‘, got a nomination in the category silhouette.
